Bammer Fixed Income is active since 2018, and since 2022 has the current platform live, after several beta versions. Primary mission is to provide a digital tool for an analogous asset segment, designed for secured fixed income securities and assets with international investment participation in private markets.
We have a long experience of private international markets with emphasis on real estate and real estate projects, as well as structured financial products. The tool simplifies the asset class' evaluation-, subscription- and access process, and connects equivalent issuances and offerings to form a well fitted complement to public asset classes. Offering selection is based on specific security arrangement, issuance materials and issuance history, as well as current institutional investment commitments (i.e. family offices, private banks), apart from private participation (High Net Worth Individuals). Issuers predominantly have business activity in sectors where tangible security is possible.
Our base is in Stockholm and we operate from an international distribution- and issuer network. We have an openness towards new cooperations and strive to provide a modern and direkt solution to effective Private Debt and Direct Lending.
